By purchasing or participating in the Workshop, you agree to these Terms.

The Workshop is open to individuals aged 18 and over (or with parental consent for minors, if applicable). No prior voiceover or acting experience is required, only an interest and willingness to learn.

3. Registration and Payment

Access to the Workshop is provided upon completion of registration and payment.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate to receive all course materials and email lessons.

4. Workshop Contents and Delivery

The Workshop includes: 4-week step-by-step guidance, weekly live webinars, career roadmap resources, daily email lessons, and lifetime access to content.

Live webinars are provided on a scheduled basis. Recordings may be available at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify content, schedules, or presenters as necessary.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and peers during live sessions and forum discussions.

We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior or violation of these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All Workshop content, including videos, written lessons, resources, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rachael Naylor and/or the organizing entity.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” means continued access to course materials for as long as the Workshop is available online. If the Workshop is discontinued, reasonable notice will be given to download essential resources.

8. Disclaimer

The Workshop provides guidance and training for aspiring voiceover professionals. Results may vary, and no guarantees of job placement or earnings are made.

We are not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by participants as a result of this program.
